摘要

Enantioselective addition of dialkylzinc to aldehydes in the presence of a catalytic amount of chiral ligands is known to be one of the most important methods for the synthesis of optically active secondary alcohols.Much efforts have been made to search for efficient chiral ligands in the reaction.Previously we showed the use of chiral amino thioacetate ligands 1 in the enantioselective addition.
