The demand for silane (SiH4) for 2007 is expected to show an increase in sales again, with 350 t, up by 9.7% from 2006. This marks the 6th consecutive year of growth. With the exception of the turn to a negative growth in 2001, SiH4 has shown a firm annual growth of around 10%.
