Targa Resources' $530M Dropdown Acquisition Approved

Targa Resources Partners LP received U.S. Federal Trade Commission approval to proceed with its $530 million dropdown acquisition of the natural gas -to-liquids (NGL) logistics and marketing business of its parent, Targa Resources Inc. Terms call for the partnership to pay $397.5 million in cash through its revolver and the remaining capital through newly issued common and general partner units.
