Williams Plans New MLP for Pipeline Assets

Williams announced last week that it plans a new MLP for its interstate gas pipeline assets.The new MLP will initially own an interest in Williams’ Northwest Pipeline that spans across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah and Colorado and serves Pacific Northwest market. The percentage of the 3,900 mile, 3.5 bcf/d bi-directional pipelines that the new MLP will control has yet to be disclosed.
