The Conference was organized by the Vernadsky Institute of Geochemistry and Analytical Chemistry;the Joint Institute of the Physics of the Earth;the Institute of Geology of Ore Deposits,Petrography,Mineralogy,and Geochemistry;and the Institute of Experimental Mineralogy,Russian Academy of Sciences;the Petrophysical Commission of the Petrographic Committee,Russian Academy of Sciences;and was sponsored by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
