Continuing worries over the stability and growth potential for the U.S. economy, along with the continuing storage overhang, combined to drive natural-gas-to-liquids (NGL) prices down for the second straight week. The NGL taking the biggest hit was propane, which was down 4% to $0.76 at Mont Belvieu and 3% to $0.68 at Conway. These are the lowest prices at each hub in more than a month, dating back to the final week of May when the price was $0.72 at Texas and the same $0.68 price level at Kansas.
