Regency: Market Dynamics Improving

During discussions of their Q1 results, many companies have been stating they see improvements in the NGL, natural gas and midstream sectors, but few company officials have felt as good about the market as Regency Energy Partners' chairman, president and CEO, Byron Kelley. He said the company does not believe that current drilling levels are not able to meet ongoing demand and will result in higher prices when the decreased rig count take hold in the market.
