Gazprom Global LNG and GDF SUEZ sign LNG term agreement

Gazprom Global LNG(GGLNG) and GDF SUEZ on Wednesday announced the conclusion of an agreement for the sale and purchase of 15 LNG cargoes over a two and a half year period. Under the deal GGLNG will buy 15 FOB cargoes of LNG from GDF SUEZ, with the volume equalling around 0.9 million tons. The cargoes will be sourced by GDF SUEZ from its diversified LNG portfolio, with the first cargo scheduled for early 2011.
