There are also two off-key notes potentially being struck here: Williams did use the word "consider" in its press release describing its intentions to build the Overland line. And, out of 126 slides shown to analysts at the Nov 30 meeting, just two were devoted to the new NGL line proposal. Could this be just a game of brinksmanship to force EPD to build more capacity, to loop its own Rocky Mountain line beyond the extra 50,000 b/d it's already announced?
