Atlas Pipeline Names Dubay as President, CEO

Atlas Pipeline Partners consolidated its president and CEO positions by naming Eugene Dubay to both posts. Previously, Michael Staines served as president and Edward Cohen as CEO. Both Staines and Cohen remain with the company. Staines will continue as a board member and as an executive vice president of the Atlas America, the parent company of Atlas Pipeline's general partner. He will focus on Atlas Pipeline's Appalachia opportunities, specifically the Marcellus shale.
