In the past eight years, propane has been the NGL with the largest price fluctuations in Mont Belvieu. In 2008, propane had the highest weekly deltas of any NGL as high natural gas prices pushed up all the NGLs in the first half of the year. The third and fourth quarters saw steep declines due to the economic crisis.
