Phase 4 at the UK’s Grain terminal still on the table

Phase 4 of the UK’s Isle of Grain LNG terminal is still on the drawing board, after an open season intended to test market interest proved inconclusive last year. Phil Carter, head of Commercial, UK LNG at National Grid, told Gas Matters Today on Thursday that the company is pursuing talks with counterparties with a view to taking a financial investment decision in 2014.
