China: MOP business slow in contract absence

In the continued absence of a new Chinese potash contract, domestic buying activity remains slow and port wholesale prices have declined very slightly once again. Russian red standard MOP prices decreased to RMB 1,760/mt FCA ($263/mt FCA) from RMB 1,770/mt FCA last week. However, the high end of white 62 K2O product prices remains RMB 1,990/mt FCA ($298/mt FCA).
