As of a month ago,ethane was still the most attractive feed at the ethane crackers.In fact,the trend accentuated since January's survey by Petral Worldwide.Then,ethane was the price champ only when co-products yielded by the other feeds were discounted.Now,ethane rules whether the co-products were discounted or calculated at full spot price.Taking the hopeful answer to the above query,the ethane price firming that was seen by the middle of March could coexist with ethane keeping its share of the market.The ethane price would,in fact,have room to rise,making it inexpensive rather than merely cheap.
