CenterPoint Energy Inc.’s Center-Point Energy Field Services Inc subsidiary signed new long-term agreements with Encana Corp. and Shell to provide gathering and treating services and acquire facilities in the Haynesville shale that will form the Olympia gathering system and interconnect with Center-Point’s new Magnolia gathering system.
