Keyera Increases Sour Gas Holdings in Alberta

For the second time this year, Keyera Facilities Income Fund increased its interest in sour gas processing by acquiring two facilities in Alberta. The Calgary-based company, which operates one of Canada's largest natural gas midstream businesses, paid C$129 million (U.S. $103 million) for Spectra Energy's Nevis and Brazeau River gathering and processing facilities.
