ExxonMobil to spin off assets in Aceh gas fields and LNG plant

US major ExxonMobil told the Jakarta Post that it intends to sell its shares in three companies associated with gas and LNG producing operations in Aceh, Indonesia. The assets include the Arun field and the North Sumatra offshore field, where production stands at 215 MMcf/day.
