North America - Upstream Anadarko increases production at US Independence Hub to pre-shut-in levels

Anadarko Petroleum Corp, said on Monday that production at the Independence Hub platform in the US Gulf of Mexico has been increased to a gross rate of 900 MMcf/d, returning production to pre-shut in levels. Production at the Independence Hub began last July, but was halted in April because of a leak in the Independence Trail pipeline. Limited production began earlier this month when Enterprise Products Partners, which owns the platform, repaired the pipeline (see Gas Matters Today, June 4).
