Total’s giant Pazflor development offshore Angola comes on stream

Production from Total’s 590 mboe Pazflor field in Block 17 offshore Angola started ahead of schedule last week. Pazflor will produce 220,000 boe/d of mostly oil, but associated gas from the field could be added to that from other Block 17 developments – Girassol-Rosa, Dalia and CLOV – to help feed the Chevron-operated Angola LNG project, in which Total has a 13.6% stake.
