India's offshore Panna Mukta oil and gas fields operated by state-owned upstream company ONGC have resumed production this week after a three-month shutdown. A leak in a subsea pipeline caused ONGC to declare a force majeure and shut down operations from July 20. The repair work was further delayed due to the monsoon season according to company officials.
