South America - LNG Peruvian LNG plant faces last regulatory hurdle

Peru’s energy and mining regulator has given the go-ahead for the proposed Irradia LNG liquefaction plant, near Lima. The Peruvian regulator, Osinergmin, accepted Iraddia’s technical study of the project, and Iraddia has only one more regulatory hurdle to clear: a construction permit from the energy and mines ministry.
