Australia’s Santos has agreed to acquire the remaining shares in upstream company Eastern Star Gas (ESG). Santos, which already owns a 20.1% stake in the company, is to pay a total of A$730 million ($774 million) for the remaining 79.1%, valuing ESG at A$924 million ($983 million).
