The Colorado Public Utilities Commission’s (PUC) proposed rule changes on gas gathering await approval from the state’s administrative law judge, with a decision expected by December or January.Steve Pott, gas pipeline safety specialist with the PUC, said the rules were presented officially in a Nov. 17 public hearing. The next step is for the state administrative law judge to review the comments and render his final decision. Potts expects the final decision in early January.
