ETP, Kinder Morgan JV on Fayetteville Shale Pipeline

Kinder Morgan Energy Partners and Energy Transfer Partners formed a 50/50 joint venture to build a 1.3 billion pipeline in the Fayetteville Shale that is planned to be brought into service by late 2010 or early 2011.
