Eni has posted a Q1 adjusted net profit of euro3.05 billion ($4.75 billion), a 13.8% year-on-year rise on the back of higher output and rising crude prices. Adjusted earnings before interest and tax rose 12.5% to euro5.91 billion, Eni said in a statement.
