Pertamina increases stake in Donggi Senoro LNG

Pertamina is boosting its stake in Donggi Senoro LNG, the joint venture proposing a 2 mtpa LNG plant in Sulawesi, Indonesia from 29% to 31%. Karen Kardinah Agustiawan, the president of the state-owned oil and gas company, said Pertamina will acquire the additional stake from project partner, Medco Energi. Following the transaction Medco’s shares in the plant will decrease to 18%, while the third project partner, Mitsubishi Corp, will maintain its majority 51% shareholding.
