Cuadrilla was dealt a setback on Thursday after Lancashire county council denied the company planning permission to drill, fracture and flow test up to four wells at its Roseacre Wood site in the north of England. Cuadrilla said it will now consider appealing the decision, which was based on traffic concerns.
