China: DAP/MAP export block persists

Despite a premium of as much as $300/t to export DAP/MAP rather than sell domestically, Chinese suppliers remain unable to move product overseas. While DAP/MAP export prices from China would reach $800-900/t FOB now, up from sales just a month ago before the export halt at $630-640/t FOB, the China DAP/MAP export prices are now assessed "no market" until some availability returns.
