Centragas accuses Naftogaz of expropriating 11 Bcm of gas in January crisis

Centragas, the joint owner of RosUkrEnergo with Gazprom, has claimed that Ukraine's state-owned gas company Naftogaz "expropriated" 11 Bcm of gas during the January gas crisis, volumes that had been in Ukrainian underground storage destined for transit to European customers.
