Repsol-led consortium makes major gas field discovery offshore Morocco

A Repsol-led consortium announced on Monday a significant offshore gas discovery at the Tanger-Larache block, located 40 km from the Moroccan Atlantic coast. Preliminary estimates place tentative reserves from the Anchois-1 discovery well at 100 Bcf, according to Dana Petroleum, a minority (15%) shareholder of the consortium.
