A change of personnel but not a change of policy. That’s the message coming out of Alaska as governor-in-waiting Sean Parnell confirmed his support for TransCanada/ExxonMobil’s proposed 4.5 Bcf/d pipeline to take North Slope gas to the Lower 48 and hinted that further consolidation is likely.
