CNOOC starts gas production at Lishui 36-1 field

CNOOC has started gas production from its Lishui 36-1 gas field which is located 150 km from Wenzhou city Zhejiang province, the company reported. CNOOC, which holds a 51% stake in the field said on Tuesday that gas production had commenced from the field, which has four producing wells in water approximately 84 meters deep. The company did not disclose how much gas it was producing from the field.
