Houston-based Noble Energy on Wednesday announced it expects a binding SPA to be inked for 300 MMcf/d of gas from Israel’s Leviathan field to Jordan within the year. The announcement came as the NYSE-listed company said it had signed a non-binding letter of intent with Jordan’s National Electric Power Company (NEPCO) for the export of 1.6 Tcf.
