Oman’s oil minister has said he hopes an agreement will be struck with BP in the coming weeks concerning the price to be paid for gas produced at the Khazzan tight gas project, following protracted negotiations between the two parties. "Both the government and BP have disagreements, including gas pricing, but I am confident that we will reach an agreement in the coming weeks for this project to go forward," Mohammad bin Hamad al-Rumhy told journalists on Sunday.
