KrisEnergy begins exploration well drilling in Indonesia’s Makassar Strait

Independent oil and gas company KrisEnergy has started drilling its Tayum-1 exploration well offshore Kalimantan in Indonesia Makassar Strait. The company holds interests in 15 licences in Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Tayum-1 falls under the Kutai production sharing contract (PSC) and is located between two gas discovery wells - Mangkok-1 ST4 and Dambus-1.
