Sacre-Coeur to sell drig rig to RRI

Sacre-Coeur Minerals, a Canadian mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and production of gold and other metals, is to sell one of its three core drills to Riverside Resources (RRI). Due to a lack of demand Sacre-Coeur has kept the drill rig in storage for some time. The purchase agreement provides that the company can elect to repurchase the core drill from RRI or act as agent to sell the drill to a third party.
