Message from the CEO

Having come to the end of 2013, the first year of our organisation's second century, and my first as leader, I have the honour and privilege to convey this traditional end-of-year message to you. Looking back on 2013, it was marked by the formulation of the complete repositioning strategy ultimately designed to optimally meet the expectations and requirements of our stakeholders. Recently, the development phase of the strategic repositioning plan was successfully concluded and, after obtaining the permission of the Board, we will start implementing the plan over the coming months.
