IGEM RECENTLY facilitated a training course in Beijing on the development of gas trading hubs. The two-day course was developed and delivered by former interim IGEM CEO Simon Griew in partnership with Mark Sutton and John Nangle of TPA Solutions. Simon said: "China is in the early stages of developing a competitive gas market. A new gas trading platform is being created in Shanghai, and the main gas market participants are very interested to understand how gas markets have been developed elsewhere in the world.
