Reducing the risk to gas network security

The transportation of hazardous materials such as natural gas and other manufactured gases requires that the systems used for their conveyance are tried, tested, robust and fit for their intended purpose. More recently it has become apparent that specifiers are referencing the European product specifications while retaining key features from the Gas Industry Standards (GIS), these requirements being presented in the form of a National Annex to BS EN1555.
