WITH THE weather forecast predicting torrential rain a few days before this early evening social event, things were not Looking too promising. However on the day, the weather for this Late summer walk was absolutely perfect for members, their families, and friends of the North West Section to enjoy a fun packed ramble - a walk with a difference. In order for the party to progress they had to find and unscramble a series of clues. These clues did not only unravel a fantastical storyline but would also provide the information to keep everyone on track as they crossed the moor above Darwen, Lancashire.
