Collaboration is the winner at the UK Energy Innovation Awards 2014

A NUMBER of IGEM Industrial Affiliates were honoured at the fourth annual UK Energy Innovation Awards 2014, which took pLace in Manchester. An audience of over 370 guests attended the event, which saw London-based ProHeat Systems walk away with the award for 'Best Network Improvement'. Collecting the award for 'Best Innovation Implemented or Adopted by a Contractor' was the Western Gas Alliance which has worked closely with Wales & West Utilities to carry out a major programme of gas mains replacement across Wales and the South West of England.
