Valuation problems in the relationship of environmental compatibility: the case of territorial plans for coordination.

摘要

The meaning of environmental sustainable development is considered and practical steps to approach sustainable planning are outlined. This steps should be environment-led, manage land use development and change avoiding unnecessary damage, should besupply limited and consider all impacts on the environment. Valuation procedures for environmental compatibility for the Territorial Plan for Coordination (PTC) in Italy are briefly discussed and shown in tables and graphs.
