'2001 - A Geophysical Odyssey'

This year the South African Geophysical Association hosted over 160 delegates at our biennial conference in the beautiful Drakensberg Mountains at the Alpine Heath resort from October 9-12. The 160 headcount. which once again breaks previous conference attendance records, included over 40 participants from overseas, I S students in geophysics and the participation of 77 differrent companies. GeoExpeditions conducted the preconference and day tours.
