Derivatives of the new ring system indolo3,2-e1,2,3triazolo1,5-apyrimidine were esily prepared form 2-azidoindole (7) and substituted acetonitriles.Such a cycliczation represents the first example of an anionic domino reactionin the indole series.The tetracycle of type(10) presetns suitable requirements of interact with DNA.
