Trade in urea for export and in the domestic market slowed significantly ahead of the entry to the Year of the Rooster in China and other markets in the region observing Chinese New Year. Sales of granular urea nevertheless did register gains, with deals for top-quality granular from Fudao/China Blue netting traders holding prior length with numbers into the upper $270s/mt FOB, up from last week's high at $270/mt FOB.
