Objective: Postoperative morbidity associated with groin lymphadenectomy remain high and still represents a major concern for this patients. The aim of this study was to confirm the efficacy of TachoSil in preventing postoperative complications after inguinofemoral lymphadenectomy for gynecological malignancy.
