This will create a huge change in Chinese energy balance.Bringing the share held by gas to 10% of energy requirements in 2020(compared with a mere 2% today)will involve choices and changes that will move beyond the scope of energy alone and have an effect on economic development,economic and institu-tional reform and international integration.
