Deal sees Air Liquide acquire StG

Air Liquide has secured a deal to acquire UK-based Scientific and Technical Gases Ltd (StG), further enhancing the company's existing calibration gas mixtures and equipment offering. Founded in 1996, StG manufactures gases and related equipment for a variety of uses. The company owns and operates two manufacturing facilities in the UK and serves customers worldwide through distribution operations based in the US, Brazil, Australia, Singapore, Dubai and China.
