摘要

Temporal and kinematic characteristics of de-excitation of nuclear systems is analyzed within the model based on the statistical theory of nuclear reactions and the Monte Carlo method. Influence of various models of excited nuclear state density upon the evaluation of decay times and displacements of excited nuclei is studied. Comparison with the experimental data on decay times measured by the blocking method is carried out for the reactions 12C + 28Si → 40Ca and 19F+28Si → 47V.
