HARMONIC ANALYSIS OF DYNAMICS OF DOMAIN WALLS FOR Rb_2ZnCl_4 CRYSTAL NEAR T~*≈150 K

摘要

We found that the parameters of interaction of domain walls with defects in the ferroelectric phase of the Rb_2ZnCl_4 crystal vary rapidly in a relatively narrow temperature range from T~* - 0.61 K to T~* + 0.79 K. The variation in the spectral composition of the current and polarization near T~* allow one to assume that the potential pattern of domain walls varies in this temperature range.
